Status Sharing Web not working

Hello,

It has been a few days since the application "Status Sharing" on TC web is not working.
I have no status action avaible (they exist, I can see and change them on Status Sharing for TCD).
Other people on the project have the same issue.
Is there a problem with the application?

The issue with the Status Sharing extension should now be resolved after a hotfix on June 14th.

Let me know if it now works for you - you may need to reload the page one extra time for the most recent changes to take effect.

Hi,

same problem here. Status working in TC Desktop & API, not working on TC Web:

Left: TC Web, no status / Right: TC Desktop, status available

It is better but there is still a problem. Except for the "Enable" Action, the colors on the left panel are absent.

Hi all,

We've just deployed a fix that fixes the missing colors in the left Status panel and some coloring issues that were seen in the 3D view.

You may need to reload the page one extra time for the most recent changes to take effect.

Hello, I have a similar problem. When using status sharing, what is reported is only displayed in the movile app and tekla structure but not in trimble connect web. Have you found a solution ? I will be grateful.
