 Unable to send invitations to project

Hello,

I am new to Trimble Connect and am trying to invite a user to my project.  I have successfully created a user account and assigned them a licence.  When I try to add them to the project I receive the following message:

Your invitation(s) were not sent
Your invitations were not sent because you have been removed from the project, or do you don't have the correct license and may need to upgrade or have a license assigned to you.

I am an administrator on this project (and the account owner) and have been able to successfully add other users to the project.  

Any suggestions?

Hi David,

Do you have a paid subscription for Trimble Connect Business or Business Premium? Trimble Connect Personal (the free version) has a limit on the number of project invitations you may send (up to 5).

If you created the project under a Personal subscription, then later upgraded to a paid subscription, you will need to associate the project with your paid license in the Project Details page of the Trimble Connect Web interface.
