Projects missing in Trimble Connect Sync

Hi, On a couple of occasions users have set up Trimble Connect Sync to sync data from our server to TC projects. When opening up the sync tools at a later date the SYNC application has been missing the projects and displays the following screen:

However when logging to Trimble on Web/Mobile or windows application all project are visible.

This is very frustrating.

Is this a known bug.

Hi Paul,
The Sync Tool shouldn't be missing any projects. Could you please send the project details to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) if its not done already.
Also could you please add the screenshot of the message you were mentioning in the earlier post.
