Is there a fast and easy way to export an MSI .mxl file? 

The way I do it now is drag each of the materials/site improvement categories from the Project Library to External Library and then the 'Save External Library As' option becomes available for me to use.

I wish exporting this MSI library is as simple as right click - export project library button.

Unless I'm missing some trick here.

Open or create an external material library

Click on the first material category

click on the copy from library icon (it copies from the selected to the other)

press the down arrow key

click on the copy from library icon

repeat until done

Import your new library into an empty project then save it as a prototype.  Then all new files will have the library.

Agree the import/export is great but there needs to be a quicker way for importing multiple items quickly.
