    Hello Community,

     

    I was wondering if anyone has a solution to get utility models drawn in TBC imported into AutoCAD Civil 3D? I really like the Trimble interface but need to get these models into navisworks. Currently, in Civil 3D the models are only coming over as polylines and not the actual 3D shapes. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Select the pipes and nodes and export them to landxml.  See if that gives you what you want.

    It does not unless you have the same libraries built into TBC as you do Civil3D. The issue with this is you don't know what libraries the recipient has access to. 

    @Michael Johnson if you are still interested in this topic please check out this thread and help me persuade the powers at be to address this issue.
