Error message. Trimble Connect file listing failed. When attempting to upload the data from android device, message appears at top of screen.

    Whilst attempting to  upload a project the message, "Trimble connect file listing failed". After further trials other projects that have uploaded previously have also failed with the same message.

    Hi Mark

     

    Can you grab the log files from the device and send them to Penmap_Support@Trimble.com

    You can do this in app by:

    1. Selecting the project menu options
    2. Select System
    3. Select Send Diagnostics
      Send Penmap Log files

     

    This will create a case with the support team and provide more detail on what's going on.

    Someone In the team will follow up with you directly to work through it in more detail
