Sync issues

  • 1.  Sync issues

    Projects will not sync to the Android device.  I've created the following three projects:

    1. On the Trimble Connect Web page
    2. On the Penmap Project Manager desktop app
    3. On the Android device in the Penmap app

    1 and 2 appear to be synced with the desktop and cloud as they appear in the Connect web page, Penmap desktop app, and Connect Sync desktop app. They do not sync to the Android device.

    3 appears only on the Android device, and does not appear to be synced with the cloud.

    All software is current. GNSS Antenna is a DA1

    How do I fix this?  Thanks!

    Dear Rahul Verma,

    please try to log out and back in on your android device.
    Therefore go to the launchpad and click the hamburger menu on the upper left side of the screen. (three bars button, see screenshot below)
    Scroll down and log out. Log back in and see if the issue is fixed.

    If the mentioned issue should persist, please contact your local dealer to create a support ticket.

    That didn't work. I've also tried removing and reinstalling the Android app.

    My local rep (Waypoint in Albany NY) is nonresponsive on support issues. They barely respond to sales requests. How else do I create a support ticket?
