Can't Add Users

    Why can't i add users?

    Error Message: Error occurred while getting identity object

    I have no idea what that means or how to correct it.

    Hi,

    We want to help you out. Can you please clarify the following - 

    a. Are you trying to users from Connect Desktop , Mobile app or Browser client?

    b. Is your project created for North America , EU or Asia?

    c. Are you having Connect business license.
