Internal Error When Creating New Project

    When I try to create a new project, I get the message, "Internal error, please contact support" (see screenshot). When I try to save a new model in SketchUp, my projects never load - I see the loading circle rotating and nothing ever shows up (see second screenshot below).

    I don't have the problem with the internal error, but I have the same issue with the loading cirle rotating and nothing ever shows up. Any explanation or solution to this?

    Hi Daniel,
    We haven't seen this issue recently. Could you please logout from the Browser application,  clear cache fully from the Browser and sign in again and try to create a new project.

    If you continue to see error after these steps, could you please share the Browser, Region and your userID details with our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com), so that we can investigate.
