Project Billing Account Error in Trimble Connect

  • 1.  Project Billing Account Error in Trimble Connect

    Good day. I created a Project with a business subscription account, but am not able to change the Project Billing Account to Trimble Connect for Free. I would like to change the project so I can collaborate with members who only have a free account.

     

    The error I get is "You do not have permission for this operation. Please contact Admin to update permissions." I am the Admin of the project.

     

    Please help!

    Hi Corneil,

     

    Please send email to connect-support@trimble.com and give them this information along with the name of your project and used server.
