I also have this problem and it is caused by Trimble, not Solibri. I have no solution for this. Trimble, please solve this and also solve the problem with bcf export from Trimble - not all ToDo's are exporting.

Can you confirm when the last time you tried exporting multiple ToDos as BCF?
Also, if the issue is still present can you provide your your login ID or email address to our Support team - connect-support@trimble.com so they can investigate the issue further and get back?

Hi Carl,
There could be a compatibility issue with the import of BCFs to Trimble Connect (Connect supports BCF 2.0 or earlier to import).
Are the images that are not being imported attachments to the BCF or inside a comment?
