The customer has uninstalled the app and installed an older version on the tablets. You can still find it on the Internet. He simply has to deactivate the automatic updating of the app in the app store.
We hope this can be fixed in the next update.

Unfortunately , there is a technical constraint on the legacy viewer due to which we cannot revert to it.
Can you please share the reinforcement model and project details to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com). We are seeing that the v2.14 does actually allow selecting rebars without enabling a specific option. However, there are inconsistencies for couple of rebar types (e.g. CV2) . We will analyze the model shared and get back to you if a fix is actually needed. Sorry for having communicated wrongly earlier.

Yes, in the Mobile app v2.14, the rebar elements cannot be selected to view the object properties. We are working towards introducing it in the next release. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
In the meantime, would request you to use the Browser app on the mobile devices , if the internet connectivity on site is good.

Just to confirm, rebar elements cannot be selected in the model then? On site we are using the models to construct to, and are therefore reliant on the property information to build, is this something that will be re-introduced soon?

During the development for the v2.14 , we faced challenges for the Rebar selection and hide/unhide options due to which it wasn't included in the latest release. The hide / unhide still has challenges. We are considering including it in the next release .

Hi all, we have current issue with reinforcement models in the 3D viewer on mobile. Each reinforcement bar/set of bars has properties which we need to access. However these bars cannot be selected at the moment in the 3D viewer. The same model files were working fine last week - only recently has this issue come up. We are able to select other items from other models - just not reinforcement. Any ideas as to why this might be? Previously we have been selecting bars and viewing properties by tapping on the bar - we are still able to select bars on the desktop and browser versions.
