Trimble Connect User Forum

Hey all, 

We have transitioned internally to start using Trimble Connect, Trimble Sync Manager, and Trimble Access with the Pipeline Module. 
The problem that we are having is when synchronizing Pipeline Tally files through Trimble Sync Manager it is removing the geotagged recorded positions when field crews Tally Pipe. 
Geotagging is working in Trimble Access. When you look at the .idx file the new entries are tagged appropriately. Then after Sync the product that is exporting out of Trimble Sync Manager removes all geotagging in the Master Tally to only the Unique ID comma zero. 
Is there a solution to this, and is Trimble Aware of the problem?
