Can't add markers

    I am XR10 user. I follow this Workflow and it shows this message: "Marker Authoring Denied. Please refresh the extension to enable permission for creating markers." I can not add any new marker in each project and server. But it works when I change another account. Please help me to solve this issue ASAP. My account is "xingda01@e-panasia.com"

    Hi Scott, 

    This looks like it is a 3rd party extension. I would suggest reaching out to the creator of the extension for help.
