Client has 2 subscriptions - Meter Accuracy running consecutively for 7 months and then just purchased 1 Month of Precision.   Can he put his Meter Accuracy on hold while he uses the Precision for this next month project? If so how would he do that.

Unfortunately you cannot pause a subscription once activated, so In this case the 7 month meter subscription will continue to run down whilst the customer uses the precision subscription

An additional option in this scenario is that using the Trimble License Manager tool the 'extra' Meter subscription can/could have been assigned to a different user in the company for that period that the Precision subscription was activated on the original user's account (if the organization has multiple Catalyst antennas). 

The behaviour of Catalyst is to always use the best available subscription service level, so in the event that one user has more than one subscription assigned to their account, Catalyst will use the best (more precise) assigned service level. Subscription licenses can be transferred to other users at any time using the Trimble License Manager tool (license-manager.trimble.com)
