This issue was resolved in the Trimble Mobile Manager v1.2.163 (April 25, 2018) - please update to the latest
If you are running an Android 8.x you may experience a crash in Trimble Mobile Manager 1.2.157 when you use the 'Send Logs' option. The issue is related to a change in permissions on some API's.
This should be fixed In the next release
If you need to send us the logs for any reason you can still access them manually using one of the methods below and forwarding them to Catalyst_support@trimble.com
Accessing the logs manually:
- Use a file browser on the device (FX File Explorer for example) and browse to MAIN MEMORY > TRIMBLE > TRIMBLEMOBILEMANAGER > Grab the folder contents
- Plug a compatible USB cable in to your PC/laptop and device then...browse to MAIN MEMORY > TRIMBLE > TRIMBLEMOBILEMANAGER > Grab the folder contents
