As a PLS we are liable for our boundary survey's raw data and in our country we have furnish it along any new boundary or cadastral map of a parcel to the official cadastre institution for its review and approval, so we need to have this capability in Catalyst, so does Catalys generates or exports .RAW files in its .JOB file???

Does this .RAW file includes date-time for each position as well as its GNSS vectors or measurements and residuals at 95% confidence level??

    Good question.

Catalyst doesn't generate any raw files you can use for post processing. Corrections are delivered in real-time only.
We have several other field software/ hardware solutions that are able to log raw files for the type of post processing workflows you describe above.

These can be found on the Trimble Geospatial homepage

Tom it would be really useful to have the option in Catalyst to store measurements (vectors) instead of positions specially since PLS are liable for the surveys and maps.

The other question is at what confidence interval (68% one sigma or 95% 1.96 sigmas) does Catalyst computes the accuracy of its fixed positions and residuals ?

The reported confidence interval for Trimble Mobile Manager & other MGIS apps will be RMS - 68%/1-sigma.

Thanks Brendon    then the Catalyst centimeter subscription would not be of any use for land surveying at 95% confidence level (1.96 sigmas)...?
