Acer Iconia One 10

Has anyone tried using the Acer Iconia One 10 tablet with the Catalyst?

It has two micro-usb ports, so in theory you'd be able to utilize one port to keep the tablet plugged in to a battery pack, and the other port to connect the Catalyst.  The other port is USB-OTG (on the go), so I'm not positive it will be compatible.

    Hi Tibor

From what I can see here the Acer Iconia 10 doesn't meet the minimum require specifications for Catalyst so this tablet is incompatible.

    The minimum specifications are:

    • Operating System: Android 5.0 or higher
    • Processor: 64-bit CPU with minimum 4x Arm® cores (6x or more Arm cores recommended)
    • Core speed: 1.5 GHz or faster
    • Memory: 1.5 GB RAM or higher

You can find this information along with the devices we have directly tested on the Catalyst Compatible Device page

The dual usb port scenario is interesting so we'll do some investigation on that. We're not aware of any (popular at least) Android solutions with dual ports at the minute but I'm sure they do exist
