The TDC600 is a much more powerful unit compared to the TDC100
(Octa core from quad core cpu/ double the RAM/ x4 memory). It also runs Android 10* as opposed to Android v5.1 (later 6.0) so I would expect any issues related to hardware performance would not be a problem.

Out of curiosity I googled around this issue and
keyboard 'lag' appears to be a fairly popular Android issue with earlier OS versions such as 5.1. One of the more common 'hacks' can be found
here which is referenced throughout various blogs/ articles as being a successful fix
