We continue to work the problem related to the 'TerraFlex Sync Not functional / Not Connected' message. Some users may see 'sync complete' messages throughout the day, which are indeed successfully synced events. We continue to see some performance issues at this stage and our advise to customers remains the same until further notice:
- Users can continue to collect data in the field if they were previously logged in on the device
- Form/Project Sync is currently not working at full capacity
- Do not attempt application re-install, as this removes stored user credentials

We have received several reports of the TerraFlex Sync functionality not working this morning. We are currently working through the problem. At this time:
- Users can continue to collect data in the field if they were previously logged in on the device
