    Hi All!

We have just released the newest feature for the Organizer - which will allow users to add permissions for edit, view or no access to the Organizer Groups.

    Read the release notes here

    Hi Laura

Are project admin able to change permissions on groups that are made of a person from a different organization?

We do have many different organisatins in our project, Sub contactors, Clients, Consultants.
Our problem that we have some groups where we can not change/delete and we can not find out who has made it.

We suggest to add permission to prosject admin so he/she can administrate the organizer groups if necesary.

We do not get access to these three:

    can not access the permissions

    Hi @Øyvind Svaland

Yes it is possible for Admins to manage access control for all groups - please see documentation here: https://docs.workflowextensions.connect.trimble.com/organizer/organizer-access-control

    https://docs.workflowextensions.connect.trimble.com/organizer/organizer-access-control/manage-access-control-for-all-organizer-groups

From the screenshot - it looks like the user is not a project admin so that is why they are not able to manage permissions for all groups

    Hi @Laura Cook

The user is me, and I am admin both in project and company.
Most likely the groups are made by client from a different organization.

What should I do to mangae those groups?

most probably made by a client from an other organization

    Hi @Øyvind Svaland,

You are not able to manage the access control for those groups because the policies on them have not been updated. I am not sure why you are not seeing the button to update the policy though as you are a project admin. Can you submit a bug to our support team so the developers can look into it?
