User can't see project on Mobile App

    When setting up new project a number of users were added. Users could view the new project on iPad but not on desktop version. When inviting people to view the project we need to be confident that they will be able to access that data.

     

    The user was removed from the project and had to be re-invited.

    Hello Paul,

     

    Thank you for posting on our Trimble Connect community site. Trimble Connect users should be able to see and be able to access the invited project across different platforms (e.g. web, mobile, desktop etc.). We will follow up with you and gather more details through the support case we created for you and assist further in this matter.

    Hi there,

    I have the same problem. Although my supervisor has added me to the project and I see it on my account through the web (Trimble connect), when I log into my account on my cellphone (terraflex app), I see no project there.
    Could you please assist me with it? It's kind of urgent.

    For not being able to access the project in Terraflex app, could you please post your issue to the Mapping and GIS community
