Is there a quick way to create dynaviews for a corridor that only consist of the plan view?

This would be very useful for plotting roadways with irregular shapes and a huge time saver.

I tried modifying the plan profile template but this was not as quick and easy as I would want it to be.

Maybe a simple UI for this new plan set type:

• Choose corridor or even just an alignment
  • No vertical data so what limit to a corridor
• Similar options to the options in the plan tab in plan and profile
• Future
  • Maybe options for utility schedules

Please consider adding this function if there is not a reasonable work around. #enhancementrequest

I admit that the option to turn off the profile, not just the plan, would be useful. In the meantime, you can enter exaggerated vertical separation between plan and profile dynaviews. It will push the profile off the sheet.
