Trimble XR10 Hololens

    Why can't I sign into Trimble connect through the XR10 HoloLens 2? I have internet, and I have an account. I would also like to use the QR code to sign in the the XR10 HoloLens 2 but it is saying my software is out of date. I try and update it and it wont update? Says i need 2.9.1 and my phone versions is 2.17. Please Help.
