 Scanning Workflow Not Available

Hello,

I create some templates and have been using them over the last few days, today when I tried to import a point cloud created in a third party software I got an error message saying "Scanning Workflow Not Available". If i try to import the point cloud into a default template I have no issues. I tried restoring the settings to their defaults and still have the error message. Does anyone have a solution to this, I prefer not to have to remake all the project templates. Thank you.

Hello Mathiew,

I have recently been testing an issue related to this. Can you look in your project setting on your custom template and see if your default view filter is set to "ALL"? If this is the case, try changing the default filter to anything else and resave your template. This should resolve the issue.

I'm running into this issue again, unfortunately the prior solution does not work for this. My solution to save my templates, rather than start over, was to save export them and re-import them. I was then able to import point clouds. Unfortunately, projects i have already started still cannot import point clouds.... I will just create the line work i need then import the lines.
