We need the spreadsheets for licensed features for all available versions.  Please add them to the new TCC interface.

Version 4.1 is now available, but this sheet has not been released.

Thanks for letting us know that some files are missing. I uploaded the sheet for version 4.0. All of the other available sheets for previous versions are in Content. The sheet for version 4.10 will be uploaded next week.

Do you know if the BC-HCE v4.10 License Features Spreadsheet has been released yet?

Is "Publish to Clarity" officially supported in BC-HCE v4.10?

I'm sorry, but I can't seem to find these spreadsheets besides the one you linked.  Tried searching several different ways.

Apologies to everyone following this thread. A few revisions are being made to the 4.10 Licensed Features spreadsheet, so it will be uploaded here early next week. The licensing spreadsheets for earlier versions actually exist in the community repository, but a bug is preventing them from showing in search results or being uploaded again. I have a ticket in with the platform provider to fix this ASAP. In the meantime, you can find them by clicking Content, navigating to to page 5 in the list, and scrolling down.
