We are looking into this issue at RPS to see if we can solve it - When TBC
reads a menu configuration from an earlier version than current it loses
icons for newer commands unfortunately- this means that you have to start
from scratch and build your menu each time TBC is updated - understand that
this takes time - when I build a new menu for each release it takes ~10
hours in total and I am trying to get a tool written that solves that
problem for myself as I don't have 10 hours 3x per year (and when I look at
how many people are doing this every year that is a lot of unproductive
time - which is why I guess people live without icons for a release or two
before reinvesting time to update. That time has to have a value and
combined with darkening the menus and managing Options, Templates,
Libraries etc at each update I feel that a management tool is in order to
assist people that want it and can value the time savings through tool
investment.
I will do what I can do somve this in the next 30 to 60 days - I am
steadily building up a 5.3 menu and should release that next week - finding
an hour here or there to get it done (just in time for 5.31 or 5.4)
