Penmap for Android export does not work with user defined coordinate system

    We've seen some conversion issues with user defined coordinate systems.
    We found an issue happening if the project is created with Penmap for Android version 11.1.0.1825.
    After the project is done and the export button is pressed there is an error message mention that the "User defined coordinate system missing:".
    We are working on this.

    Projects created via Penmap Project Manager are not affected.

    Workaround to export data
    If you need to get your data exported from existing projects now:

    1. Download the pdt
    2. create a new project via Penmap Project Manager
      1. use the same template and coordinate system as you had in the project
      2. select the pdt for import (needs to set the format selection to "All Files (*.*)" 

    3. Download the project to Penmap for Android
    4. Open the project
    5. Close/Save the new project 
    6. Upload to Cloud
    7. Export

    We released a new Penmap for Android version 11.1.0.1832 which solves the issue for new projects.
    To fix existing projects you need to
    1. Check that the project on the device is up to date
    2. Delete the project from Cloud (Trimble Connect)
      1. Open the detail card e.g. via tap&hold to the project
      2. Delete | On Cloud
    3. Upload the project to the Trimble Connect Project which includes the user defined CRS
