Penmap Project manager - Can't find Connect projects

    I have Penmap Project Manager installed on a Windows 10 computer.
    When I am at home, i start the program, I can log in and it will find my list of Trimble Connect projects.

    When I am in the office on the corporate network, I can log in ok, but it is never able to find the list of Trimble Connect projects. It will sit here trying all day without success.
    My IT support has been trying to assist.
    They would like to know what the destination server is and if there need to be any exceptions as far as firewall ports.

    Dear Jewell Chambers,

    we use Trimble.com domain and firewalls port 80 might need an exception.
