Add custom Attributes

  • 1.  Add custom Attributes

    Hi,

     

    On the details page of project settings there is an option to add Custom Attributes to a project. Whenever I select this I see a drop down box with "Machine Control attributes" in a drop down box. There are no other attributes available. Can someone explain what the intention with this function is?

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for showing interest in this functionality in Connect Browser.  I will explain (in brief) on the Custom attributes mentioned in the screenshots. For some of Connect integrators, who also use Trimble's Visionlink , there was a need to map the project IDs. This feature above helps do the same.

    Hi Darshan,

     

    Trimble VisionLink isn't something that we currently utilise on our project. But thanks for the explanation.

    I was just pressing buttons and seeing how all features work and if they would be of use to us.
