The screenshots above are from Trimble's Account management portal which gives license information. Please do not use the launch application to check for projects listing. Would request you to do the following -
1. Could you please logout from all the Connect Browser application sessions (in different browser windows) .
2. Clear all browser cache and login again with your ID.
3. If the projects list in Asia region continues to appear blank for your user id, could you please send your login ID(for the application) to our support team (
connect-support@trimble.com) mentioning the issue , so that we can investigate further.

When I click onto the head symbol top right corner of screen it goes to top snapshot below, then when I click onto My Products I get the 2nd snapshot below so all looks correct. Then on the 2nd snapshot below I click onto Launch Application I get the screen with no projects. I am paid up with the Business plan.

Must be Firefox which was working last week. As snapshots show it was defaulting to Asia. Top one Firefox, bottom one MS Edge.
