Hi there,

Instant Project Notifications don't work for me.

I want to be notified whenever a file is uploaded to a TC Project. Nothing happens after files are uploaded.

The number of files is not massive 22 in total so say we accept that whoever is on the project will be notified.

If this does not work I can try with Folders, instant again.

It has to be instant, daily digest can be set in addition to instant.

Any thoughts?

Hi there! Can you confirm if any of the email notifications are working for you? Also, have you checked your spam folder to make sure the emails are not being put there?

Hi Laura,

The instant notifications for files uploaded never came, nor the daily digest for those files. I checked the spam box they are not there.

I tested "folder created" instant and digest notification in a different project and they both came.

However the instant notification came several hours later. I created the folder at 04:43PM and it only came at 09:43PM, five hours later.
