WorksManager

Hello, The CFG file is not publishing through WM when exporting to USB for GCS devices. When I use the Export tab in TBC, we  have a .CFG and .CAL both exported.  The GCS V13.13 will not read a .CAL. Is there a different work flow I need to follow?

Tom,

If you're publishing to USB from TBC and copying designs to the \All folder, try using version 12 of the controller software. If you already have a dozer set up in your controller list, make sure that you have MS990 compatibility checked on in the controller settings. Either one of these should yield a CFG being published with your design instead of a CAL.

Hello Tom, we talked. As mentioned, you have a 'more' option to add a .cfg file to a WorksManager project in settings. When you add a .cfg file, then any and all designs will pick up this .cfg file when it goes to GCS machines, and the .cal file when it goes to Earthworks machines.

Is there any way to add the functionality for TBC to publish this file directly to WM? The export tool gives you the option, but WM tool doesn't. This has caused me a few headaches not having this file published.
