Trimble Mobile Manager Update

Hi Everyone,

Today we have released version 4.0.3 of TMM. This release addresses an authentication error some users were seeing when editing NTRIP settings. Android is live now and we expect iOS to be live late today.

Also, we have created a 'Trimble Mobile Manager Updates' page to inform users of new releases when they occur. Follow the page to stay informed of TMM updates!

Design conversion error causing issues in publishing designs to TCC

Dear WorksManager users,

Users may encounter a design conversion error, causing issues in publishing designs to TCC while publishing from the latest versions of TBC (indicated by a red icon in WorksManager). This issue is due to the incompatibility of TBC versions. To avoid this problem, we recommend users switch to TBC version 5.80 until a fix is identified. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Scheduled maintenance - Saturday, 6th April

Issue with Remote Access

A fix has been provided for the issue with Remote Access and we are continually monitoring it.

Incident update: 28 March, 09:30 AM UTC

We have resolved the cache issue that was causing problems for remote access of devices. The majority of the devices are now working fine. However, a few devices are still reporting the wrong status, and we are investigating the root cause to fix it as soon as possible.

A fix has been provided for the issue with Remote Access and we are continually monitoring it.

Dear WorksManager users,

We have identified a caching issue with the Remote Access feature, which is causing problems for users trying to connect to the device from the WM UI. Our team is working on resolving this issue.

Hi Doug, Windows doesn't enable external receivers to provide positions to location services quite as 'natively' as iOS and Android, and this will not work out of the box. Are you intending to use Trimble software with the R2? If so you should test ...
