Sometimes it shows up and then u can't connect to it, but often you can't find it in iOS bluetooth.
Okey, might be the model then. I'll have to check which model we have.

Before looking at TMM, can you confirm that the receiver is connected to the iOS device in the Bluetooth settings screen? If this is an original R10 and not an R10 Model 2 the device isn't compatible with iOS.

Hello,
I'm trying to connect to an Trimble R10 with Trimble Mobile Manager on an Iphone. I then want to use the R10 in Field Maps.
The problem is that i cannot find the device in TMM. I think it has to something with the bluetooth not have access to the app. I can turn off bluetooth on my Iphone and still press "Select" -> (under select device) "Scan for Devices". I never get an prompt where TMM asks for permission etc. to use bluetooth.
If i go to (on my iphone) Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Bluetooth. TMM does not show up here.
I've tried on 4 different iphones and 1 Android phone. On the android it works without any problem.
Any suggestion how to solve this issue with connection to iphone?
