Hello, i have an issue on my Trimble R8s Gnss Receptor: After a firmware update made on TIM all optional initial configurations were disabled : Glonass, Galileo, Beidou .... I searched to find a solution and I connected the receiver via WebUi and confirmed the issue.
It seems that the receiver roll back to its original state and even GLONASS is missing which it isn't an upgraded constellation – it should come directly from the factory with GLONASS activated. At this moment I can't do any kind of measurements because it shows the message "L1 only receiver not supported" and even the GPS constellation is not working, so definitely it has to be something buggy that even measurements with GPS constellation can note be made.
So, basically what I ask if you can help me to get back to the initial phase of the receiver, as in this case neither the GPS and GLONASS constellation is not working at all.
