New computer Windows 11, Trimble Office Synchronizer does not detect TSC3

    My Laptop died an i got a new Laptop with Windows 11. 

    Bach up and running with the Trimble buisness center however the Trimble Office Synchronizer will not detect the TSC3.

    I tried installing a version of windows Mobile device center (WMDC) and adding some registry settings i saw on another site but it still will not detect the TSC3 even though the TSC3 shows up in (This PC) along side the Hard drive and any other USB thumb drives i happen to have inserted. So i can access the directory structure of the TSC3 but the Office Synchronizer will not access it.

    any ideas how i can get it to synchronize ?
