Partner Remote Device Access

    Hi

    When I have added partner to our WM account and shared device it appears the remote access icon is greyed out (even though it shows as online) and access via partner not available.

    Is this the case and partner remote access to device not available.

    Hello PJ Singh, yes, this feature is not available for remote access at the moment, but we will be working on it this year.
