Hello,
This crash requires the WorksManager team to perform a reset of the specific offending WM account's database. I would suggest noting this to your SITECH and request they put in a support case to the WorksManager team to reset the necessary database. Note that will not impact any stored data, it's just a database that needs to be refreshed on the cloud side.
Our upcoming release of Siteworks also has some fixes to prevent the crash, but ultimately this needs to be handled by the WorksManager team.
Sorry for the troubles, but once a support case is put in and the database reset, that should eliminate the Siteworks crashes.

We are having the same issues.
Constant crashes with older TSC7's.
Did you find a solution?

Has anyone else ran into the issue where you get an unhandled application crash when synchronizing the TSC7 to the TCC in Siteworks? At the end of the error message it says "DEADLOCK_LIMIT_REACHED". It has now happened with 8 different TSC7s in the last week, all on different job sites with different site files. We have tried windows updates, emptying recycle bins, closing all active desktops, etc. Can't seem to figure it out. Thanks in advance!
