sketchup free program will not save files

    error reads

    error reads "we are having trouble reaching Trimble Connect"   same error for 11 months

    attempted to reach Trimble many many times without success

    need to talk to a real support person

    Where are you getting the Error ? Actually trying to see the 3d image of the structural or in EPM
