Trimble connect down

    Hey everyone, myself and my co-worker are unable to download data from Trimble Connect and have been unable to do so for about the last three hours, is anyone else experiencing this issue or is there something we can do in order to resolve this?

    We are experiencing download issues today (May 25, 2024). We have also had multiple people attempt as well with no luck.

    I am seeing so many problems with software that won't work and data that is unavailable.


    Developing a workflow that is going to rely on the internet and other people's process is always going to add to the risk.

    Rather become self sufficient and have your own software installed on your own PC.
    If you are using GNSS , have your own base and rover. 
    Develop the habit of working autonomously and rely on nobody else. 
    This is the only way to do surveying and not have interference.

    In which Trimble Connect application (Connect for Browser, Connect for Windows) are you experiencing this problem. Could you please let us know?

    Hi Darshan, 

    We were using Connect for Browser. It seems to be intermittently working. There is a notice now up that indicates that Trimble is working to resolve the issue.

    Hey Darshan, 

    As Sarah mentioned in her comment, we are also using Connect for Browser, I had one data set come in on Friday March 25th, but it immediately stopped working after that and we are still down today.

    I could always import Navisworks BIM models.
    Now the same Files won't import.

    I am extremely busy and I import a full BIM model every day or so. 

    Now I have to try and contact Trimble to see if this problem can be fixed.
