I found the example .vcl file and started adding to it to get some bends and tees into me pipelines but when creating the dynamic block they do not attach at the opening points. I hate to recreate the wheel incase someone has already done this. Any help is appreciated.

You're talking about having 3d models of fittings orientate themselves correctly in a utility network? A few years ago I spent way too much time trying to get this to work, I don't think it's possible.
