WM deleting all projects from TEW?

    Hello,

    some strange things are going on right now.

    We got several calls from operators that all the projects and designs got deleted from the TEW machines.

    When looking into the WEBUI there are no projects listed...after half an hour some projects start to sync again, some not.

    Have anyone seen this before? 

    WTH is going on here??

    I had the same thing happen yesterday. I had an EW machine design deleted from the project. I had to delete the project from the machine and sync.

    I had one Earthworks dozer do this yesterday, then two more today. The operator first sees a flag 'Missing project coordinate system file', then discovers all designs have disappeared within his project. On WEBUI, all design files are missing. Everything appears to return to normal after a few syncs.

    Had the same yesterday with coordinate system message. Switched to a new project and then switched back and it resolved.

    TCC Outage - Earthworks machine operators see 'Designs have been deleted remotely' issue.

    Status: Monitoring in progress

    TCC is up and running. Sorry for the inconvenience. We are monitoring the service.

    Dear WorksManager users,

    We are experiencing downtime in TCC due to heavy load, the team is working on it. This is manifesting as 'Designs have been deleted remotely' for the Earthworks operator in the field. Once the system comes up, Earthworks works as expected.

    Cause: There has been an issue with the load balancer of the TCC system, and it breaks down on peak traffic. Actual root cause is yet to be identified. As a work around, another instance of the instance is initiated.
