Attention all TBC Power Users

Become a TBC Power User

PUG 3.0 Dates and Venue

The dates for the next TBC Power User Conference have been set for October 22 - 24 2019. The venue is the same as the previous events - the ALOFT Hotel, Broomfield, CO. Numbers are limited as usual to a maximum of 130 seats allocated on a first come first served basis.

If you receive a personal invitation, that is not a limitation on who can attend from your organization, if you have colleagues that are already skilled in the use of TBC they for sure can attend alongside or instead of you at the class.

Attendee Pre-Requisites

Please remember that this is a Power User Class, we have little time as it is to cover the class materials and we for sure don't have time to cover all of the basics. The class depends heavily on your ability to follow along at a reasonable pace, and to use the existing tools with reasonable confidence.

Class Duration and Cost

The Class this time, in response to popular demand has been extended to 2.5 days, and will cost $675 / head to cover the additional catering costs for the third day. Lunch will be provided on all three days along with Tea, Coffee and Breakfast Pastries (for those of you not staying at the ALOFT Hotel). Days 1 & 2 will start at 8:00 am and finish at 5:00 pm. Day 3 will start at 8:00 am and finish at 12:30 with lunch. There will be a SITECH Dealers Only Session in the afternoon from 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm.

Overseas Attendance is available at a discounted rate of $450 (to ease the cost of international travel). The class is executed in English and typically US Feet Measurement Units, however the content is applicable to all international markets.

PUG 3.0 Class Focus

This Class will be focused on Site Modeling, Utilities, Data Prep and Takeoff as well as any new capabilities of the TBC Release planned to coincide with the class dates.

While it is inevitable that we will cover some aspects of corridors in this type of class, we will not be focused on corridor modeling except with respect to site activities. It is also likely that there will be some overlap with previous classes, however as always we will endeavor to cover mostly new material and real world use cases that we feel will benefit the majority of the class.

Special Requests

If there are any specific areas that you would like us to cover, please let me know ahead of time so that we can prepare meaningful case studies to work through.

A Great Networking Opportunity

As usual, we will have members of the Sales, Development, QA, Support and Product Management available throughout the class so that you have time to raise your questions, voice your concerns, ask for help or guidance and for you to feedback your ideas and desires for the product moving forwards. This is a great networking opportunity, where you can discuss with industry peers from other contractors in North America.

Reserving Your Place at PUG 3.0 2019

If you wish to reserve a place at the next class, please send me an email (alan_sharp@trimble.com) and place a Purchase Order on your local SITECH Dealer for $675 in order to secure your seat. Your Seat will be locked in once the SITECH places a Purchase Order on Trimble on your behalf.

Hotel Reservations at the ALOFT Hotel

You will be able to reserve Hotel Rooms at the ALOFT Hotel using the Trimble Corporate Rate as usual, we are finalizing the details with the ALOFT and they will be providing a dedicated Web Page for your accommodation needs.

We look forward to working with you again in October

Best Regards
