I see someone else has asked this as well, and the link provided to access the guide does not work.
I asked this question to the PM and the TBC PUg and they said not really. It would be nice to have some documentation on what it can actually do and be able to walk people in the field through how to do something from the office.
Does this get you what you need?:

Sorry about that Erik, that link is to our Partners portal, for authorized dealers who have access to that site. I'm on the SPS team not the machine team so am not sure of the permissions right now and how those can be shared around. I'll ask someone on the Earthworks team if this can be passed around to people outside of the partners portal.
There's two sets of pdf files here, but both have essentially the same file names. Do you know what the difference is between these? One is preceded by HexGen and the other TTTGen. Thanks for posting this.
I think I spoke too soon. That's what I get before reading everything. Thanks again for posting, I got it figured out.
Try this: Earthworks User Guide v1.6
That worked! Thanks!
Thanks Steve. Is there a emulator I can run on a Window 10 PC to check data and support field units?
Hi Rob. There is an Earthworks simulator available but it runs on an Android platform as the actual Earthworks interface, that is in turn connected to a Windows computer which runs as the "engine" where there is a cartoon of the HEX that essentially feeds in the position and sensor data. As I understand it (again I am an SPS, off-machine guy, not an Earthworks person) this only allows for the use of the pre-configured designs that come with the simulator software, and you're not able to load in designs of your own, like you can do with the Emulator for Siteworks. It's basically designed to be a training/simulator/demonstration tool, rather than a check designs/emulator tool.
I would suggest getting in touch with your local Sitech dealer for more information on this.
Hello, I am currently running the Earthworks simulator and emulator on Windows 10 computer either with a split screen or dual monitors. I just updated to version 1.7.
Rob, in the 1.7 version of the simulator you can load customer designs. More info here: Product Bulletin - Earthworks Training Simulator v1.7.0.pdf
Just got it today and its running customer (my) designs! This will be so much more helpful.
Thanks James, however I'm 'Unauthorised' to access that document.
Rob - It's just a link to the document on Partners Portal, if you're an authorised dealer who have access to that site you should be able to access it.
The document was just showing the updates in the 1.7.0 simulator, it's not necessary, just get the 1.7.0 simulator (here: Simulator_EarthWorks_1_7_0.1.exe but you'll still need access) and you'll be able to load customer designs.
