Cloud-based registration bug

Hello, when I am working on a project in Trimble Realworks (10.4), when doing cloud-based registration, the second window for manually picking point is getting stucked and hanged (even not able to move or pan second window, while first window is perfectly ok), and also mostly, software is getting crashed and closing unexpectedly during this time. But this happens only for cloud-based registration. When creating sample scans and for other type registrations i.e., Target-based registration, it is fast and easily getting processed.

Windows edition: Windows 10 Pro


Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20 GHz 3.19GHz

Installed memory (RAM) : 32.0 GB usable

System-type : 64 bit operating system, x64-based processor.

Pen & Touch: No pen or Touch input is available for this display.

NVIDIA graphics (4GB, High performance), No in-built graphics 

Please help, Is it because of system graphics or any other software/system issues?
