What the steps of process static data and what the adjustment steps and what the setting that i have to keep it in TBC setting for to get first order control point and for your information i observe phase 1 for 24 hours to get the first solution from knon

Hi how i can prepare the TBC setting for the below project and what the TBC steps for process and adjustment the static data
