Anybody know if TCC is down?
TCC suffered a major outage starting 13:00 MDT on Tuesday March 31, 2020. Engineering teams put a fix in place and restored services around 14:00 MDT on April 2, 2020.
An outage notification was put out to our dealer network and on the WorksManager blog post on April 1, 2020. But we do realize that communication was a little too late.
We sincerely apologize for the delayed communication and lack of information during this outage. This incident has highlighted some gaps we have in the way we communicate out to our customers and dealers. We are working to streamline our communication channels in near future that provide more real-time update of any product related outages.
It seems to be down.
When I try and log in (within Australia) the page redirects to this:
TCC is on and off for whole day (Denmark), it seems like some server issues within Trimble.
Has anyone heard on an update from Trimble on when the TCC issue will be resolved?
HEY TRIMBLE! WHY DON'T YOU GUYS GET THIS WORKING! YOU GOT CUSTOMERS WHO RELY ON THIS TO SEND AND RECEIVE DATA AND DESIGNS! AND YET NOT A SINGLE EMAIL LETTING US KNOW THERE IS ISSUES....
PRETTY BAD WAY TO CONVINCE PEOPLE TO USE WORKSMANAGER..
I agree with you but it seems Worksmanager is working. Was sending designs through it today. Only thing that is not working on Worksmanager today is IBSS because that is a copy paste from TCC.
This is not just WorksManager related Visionlink productivity manager is also not working which also uses TCC.
I ran into the same problem. clear your cookies and cache. or open in a different browser. or if using chrome, open incognito. worked for me
I have asked Trimble to comment on what happened yesterday - will let you all know when I hear something
there is still a problem with TCC it is not showing earthworks remote EC520 correctly cant remote in to earthworks machines on TCC or WorksManager
What email list did you use? We didn't get anything. This needs to be handled better. This is unacceptable from a Dealer and Customer standpoint. You have all of the email of every user of TCC this should be a simple thing to do. I get notifications and automated reports for other things. Why can't this be implemented? Needs to happen. Get it done.
It cost us a lot of delays in the field. This should be communicated to us sooner. I'm sure this is not the right forum for that but Trimble shoulda sent us an email.
Same here. Had to delay the mob and start of a job because of this. This has to be communicated better.

Sincere apologies for this lack of communication again. I agree this needs to be communicated better and faster. We are looking into various ways such information can be send out quicker (outage status page, email notifications lists, WorksManager blog post, a message in WorksManager app, etc)
As a follow up to that: Are there any specific methods of outage communication that work better for you?
It would be great if TCC / WorksManager users could get email notifications
A message in WorksManager and TCC at login would work also for me
Email is the best for me.
