Projection - Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere

I need to convert data to the web mercator auxiliary sphere projection, which is commonly used by Google Maps. The identifier by ESRI is EPSG:3857. I typically only work with transverse mercator projections (UTM, 3TM, 10TM) and this one seems a bit different. I don't think this system exists in coordinate system manager. The parameters of the system of in italics at the bottom of this post.

Has anyone worked with this system before that can provide some insight how I can set it up in coordinate system manager? Any help is greatly appreciated!
