My customer has lost his Penmap project and point data that was recorded. It does not show up in his Trimble connect account. Who do I talk to regarding this?

Yesterday, I was out in the field and collected 5 points for ground control for a uav. When I got back to the office I exported the project to the cloud. After, I selected the option to export to the device/cloud option. Immediately after, the Penmap app crashed and the entire project was deleted. I did receive an email with the project data but no coordinate points where enclosed. Additionally, the project data on the device is missing.
